Your Username is your first name and the last four digits of your social security number.

example: JOHN1234

Your Password is your last name and the last five digits of your social security number.

example: SMITH12345

Your Username is your first name, last name (all lowercase letters) and your hire date (DDMMYY). If you are unsure of your exact hire date, you can find it in Workday.

Example: johnsmith270120

Your Password is your last name (starting with a capital letter) and the last five digits of your social security number.

Example: Smith56789
